Chapter 6

 I screamed and Josh grabbed me by the arm and ran me up the stairs. My mom met us at the top of the stairs and yelled " Call 911! NOW!" Josh ripped out his phone from his pocket and dialed 911. " Hello?? 911?? Someone just shot the windows of our house!" "We are at 24 Wimbleton lane. Yes ok thank you."
"What did they say?" I said. " they said they would be right here and to duck under the mattresses!" BANG! BANG! " AHHHH!!!" My mom and Josh and I all ran to the master bedroom and hid under the mattress. BOOM. The door of the house smashes open in pieces and the police ran into our house. " Hello? Whose here?" " This is the police." I let out a sigh of relief and ran out of the room and hugged the police.
" Please calm down and tell us what happened." I let out a big sigh and told them all that happened. " Wow you guys have gone through a tough time!" " We will go investigate outside." " Ok thank you." " No problem"
